Objectives:

1. Adopting, maintaining and improving a Quality Management System as per the requirements of ISO/TS 16949.
2. Improving processes continually leading to defect prevention, waste reduction and quality improvement.
3. Eliciting commitment and involvement of all the employees to achieve results by their empowerment.
